Since our founding in 2000, we have excelled in dispute resolution services with an emphasis on scheduling, delay, acceleration, and disruption analyses. We provide specialist scheduling/programming and planning services primarily in the construction sector.

PAI provides worldwide construction consulting services from its offices in the United States and its affiliate in the UK.   PAI advises on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the world including: fossil fuel and hydro power generation facilities, airports, underground construction, mass transit, dams, marine facilities, process plants, material handling facilities, buildings, roads and highways, and other civil infrastructure.

In our expert witness work, PAI recognizes its duty to provide independent review and analysis of the project issues.   PAI abides by the standards established by the Academy of Experts to provide unbiased, professional, and substantiated opinions to assist the Tribunal, panel, or other adjudicatory bodies in their decision making.
