Mr. Andrew Parry

Mr. Parry has been Director of Project Advisors International (UK) since 2003 and has almost 20 years experience in the Construction Industry.  He is a Chartered Arbitrator and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, with a Masters Degree in Construction Law and Arbitration.

Mr. Parry’s appointment with Contractors, Engineers and Employers has been in the commercial management and delivery of large, complex engineering projects both domestically and internationally. His project experience includes large marine facilities, tunnelling works, railway and mass transit projects, roadway construction, building redevelopment, process plants, dam construction, hydro-electric and gas power plants, stadium construction, hospitals and laboratory projects.

He has substantial experience in contract document preparation, procurement, contract administration and negotiating final accounts on design contracts, building projects and major civil engineering projects.  He also has extensive experience in dispute resolution having worked on many appointments for quantum assessment and for delay analysis in mediation, adjudications, arbitrations, and in litigation. Such appointments have required drafting pleadings, production of referral documents, production of expert reports and testifying to the tribunal on projects ranging from $80M to $2Bn.
