Expert Testimony

When disputes are unable to be resolved at the site level, and formal dispute proceedings are invoked by the parties, PAI provides professional assistance by preparing, presenting and defending its independent assessment of the issues in dispute.

PAI will work closely with counsel and other relevant experts to present an unbiased and clear picture of the claimed events, their impacts, resultant damages, and apportionment of responsibility thereto.

PAI provides expert testimony including supporting graphics in mediation, arbitration, or other litigation forums. We are experienced in arbitration rules and procedures.

PAI has also served as the independent expert to ICC Tribunals advising the Tribunal on issues presented by the parties’ experts.
