Most important to the success of PAI are its people and the positive working relationships they forge with a client’s team.  We use internationally integrated teams. We recognize the importance of working together and making efficient use of available resources and skills while maintaining the necessary independence for our expert opinions.

Our personnel have diverse construction skills in: design, on-site management, planning, cost controls, quantity surveying, contract administration, and scheduling.  We are hands-on, field tested and seasoned professionals.

Our staff brings practical experience in change order/claims assessment, schedule delay/acceleration analysis, cost reviews, labor productivity and inefficiency analyses, document management, negotiation support, litigation support and expert testimony to the evaluation team.
