Ms. Marianne C. Ramey

Ms. Ramey is the founding member of Project Advisors International LLC.  She has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. Her experience and expertise covers project management and issue analysis of buildings, highway, airport, bridge, wastewater treatment facilities, hydro-electric, nuclear power plants, ports, mass transit, process and storage plants, land development, and public improvement projects.

Ms Ramey is a registered professional engineer in 12 states, and in the District of Columbia, a Project Management Professional (PMP®), and a Charter Professional Engineer (C. P. Eng) in Australia. She has extensive international experience working in projects in countries throughout the world: Argentina, Australia, China, Ethiopia, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Kenya Netherlands, Malaysia, Nepal, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Venezuela, UAE, United Kingdom, and the USA.

Ms. Ramey has extensive project management, scheduling and controls experience involving large construction projects.  She has assisted in development of: project control tools, management procedures, methods to comply with specialized contract requirements, alternative solutions to problems, risk control, expert witness and presentation of analysis in various forums.  She also serves as an independent expert to tribunals assisting them in their evaluation and deliberations on delay and productivity matters.
